Handprint Apple Trees

Fun fall craft for a great daycare group. Use the child's hands to make Apple tree prints.

Making Apple Trees

you will need paint (red, brown, and green),

heavy paper,

paint brushes,

and wipes (to clean hands).

First, have the child paint his/her hand and wrist brown and place it on the paper (clean hand). Next, have the child paint his/her fingertips red and place
at the top of their handprint (clean hand). Then allow the child to paint green leaves on the apples for added effect. You can also allow the children to
draw a nature scene behind their "apple tree
